Should I stay or move on?

Hey folks, needing to get some advice. I got a job offer paying about 18k more a year than what I make currently but the benefits aren’t the best ( just not as good as the benefits with my current company ei. 50% 401k match as opposed to dollar for dollar where I am current, 174.88 pay period health insurance vs. 75 pay period health insurance premium payment). I did the math and I may end up making maybe 7-800 more a month after taxes and all if I change, I think the flexibility will be able the same but I’ve been with my current company for 8yrs and have made the job work for me. I’ve asked about a salary adjustment at my current job and was told maybe next year, I’m not a huge fan of change but needing more money and the potential for growth with the new company is greater. Wondering if you all think moving on may be a good idea based on the info I’ve shared. The company I’m with currently is bigger in the industry but the other company is also established. I do have a job and have already been transparent about need for flexibility and the new job seems willing to meet those needs (my current job also meets my needs for flexibility)… ultimately I know I’ll be limited if I stay but it’s comfortable and predictable, the new position is not so much.

Need advice, I got a job offer with OneAmerica and I’m unsure if I should accept. I currently work for a competitor and I’ve been with them for 12 years. I’m not unhappy within my current role, really just needing more money and possibly a breath of fresh air. This new role pays about 18k more a year but with some of the mixed reviews I’m reading about OneAmerica financial I’m a bit nervous. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated!

Hi Everyone!! I’m reaching out to see if anyone is aware of any mentorship programs for young boys in the community.

I’m especially interested in programs that focus on positive role models, personal development, leadership, or community involvement. Any recommendations, personal experiences, or contacts you could share would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help! I’ve reached out to BigBrother/BigSister but they aren’t accepting anymore male mentees!!
