first time
Hi everybody!!! In a few weeks I’ll be going to Punta Cana for my first time and technically my first time out of the country (been to Puerto Rico and loved it but it doesn’t count lol). My friends and I are staying at Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar and I was looking for some tips/recommendations!
How did you guys handle showering/getting drinks with ice? I’ve heard so many horror stories about people getting sick and vomiting from the water there. I’m a huge emetophobe and honestly this is my biggest fear LOL. I already know to brush my teeth with bottled water and keep my mouth closed in the shower, so is there anything else I should do?
Excursions — are there any that you HIGHLY recommend? We definitely want to go on a boat while we’re there but are open to anything.
Has anybody stayed at this exact resort? Anything you recommend restaurant wise or just in general?
Also besides cute outfits/swimsuits, what are some travel essentials you guys recommend packing that people don’t think about until they get there? 😂
