This is a far show but does anybody have access to the Neptune or Sensus meter protocol documentation?

We’re using Google inboxes and some have gotten burned (hard bounced) after about a few weeks. We spent over a month on warm up. Verified our emails, did all things. We have a ~5% reply rate.

In a well run campaign how long til you have to usually rotate out an inbox?

We have flat rate billing and our PMs aren’t on top of it. It feels like they’re not well incentivized. Anybody else having this issue?
