Had surgery morning of the 13th and I’ve been following the instructions of 2 hydrocodone every 6 hours since I came home. But I’m on day 3 and will run out of pain meds tonight/tomorrow morning. Im worried cus everyone says day 4-8 post op is the worst- is that because of no pain meds? Every story I’ve read on here you guys are a week in and still have meds. I guess I’m a little worried cus it seems like I wake up , struggle to breathe cus of swelling, take a hydro , and then I’m OK.
