Hi all, what’s the best pre mix ratio yous have been using?

Looks like the mix injection has been bypassed on my 300rr, so just wandering what the best pre mix ratio would be, I am using liqui moly 2T fully synthetic street race.

Looking at a 2017 beta 300rr factory, it’s got 135 hours on it not got any paperwork for piston top end getting done, been told its had services tho. Thoughts everyone? It worth it?
