Also ich habe mir Sozius Fußrasten für meine Beta gekauft aber festgestellt das die Halterung (also oben die zwei Träger womit man die Fußrasten am Rahmen festmacht) nicht ganz passt. Also damit meine ich das die einzige Möglichkeit die festzumachen wäre, dass ich die Schraube die den oberen Rahmen festhält rausmache und sie dann durch die Fußrasten wieder fest mache(siehe Bild). Muss das so?! Oder habe ich einfach die falschen?

I have a 2016 Beta 430RR and I’m trying to troubleshoot a fuel/start issue.

The bike sat in the garage all winter. First time trying to start it, the electric starter would crank but the bike wouldn’t start. After 3-4 kickstarts it finally started.

I let it idle for about 5 minutes and revved it a few times. On the last rev the engine suddenly shut off. A few minutes later I started it again with the start button, but after a few seconds it stalled again. After that it wouldn’t start anymore, even after a lot of kickstarting.

Later I managed to push start it. It almost started, then with the start button it fired up. I revved it once and it stalled again, then again no start.

We replaced the fuel filter because the old one was completely black/dirty. After replacing it the bike started normally again. I took it for a 30 minute ride, but while riding in 3rd/4th gear the bike slowly lost power and died. After that it wouldn’t restart again.

Then I removed the tank, drained the fuel, checked cables/connectors and put everything back together. The bike started again and I could start/stop it a few times without issue. About 5 minutes later it again wouldn’t start.

At some point I also noticed the clutch losing pressure and needing to be bled again, but I assume that’s unrelated.

Current situation:
Fuel pump primes when key is on
Engine cranks normally
Spark plug has good spark
Spark plug stays dry after cranking
Fuel comes out of the fuel line when disconnected
Injector and tank/pump/lines have been cleaned
Bike sometimes starts for a few seconds, then dies
Occasionally gives a small pop from the exhaust while trying to start
Giving throttle while trying to start seems to change the sound of the pump. Maybe some sucking sound. If you do this like 5-7 times in a row . Afterwards it instantly kills the bike when you retry 8/9/10 times.

We are now suspecting either:
weak/failing fuel pump
clogged or bad injector
internal hose/pressure issue inside tank

Has anyone had similar issues on a Beta 430RR or know what I should test next?

Trying to replace the mask and headlight on my 2025 Beta 200RR Race. I was wondering if there is any easy way to remove and transfer the rubber straps to the new mask? I tried to lube them up with SC1 and pull but I was afraid I was going to break it. Any advice?
