Hi! I saw this Gusta Veggie Buger at Costco recently when I was there. I think it is new. Gusta is in the process of taking over Yves or something. I assume the burger is vegan; I did not go over the ingredients in detail yet, but it is seitan style/wheat gluten is the first important ingredient. Looks like it might be good as the plastic wrapping inside seems to contain very moist/saucy burgers.
