Can i do downs(descending sets) every workout
ive been working out for 5 months so far, im 14 and im wondering if i should do downs every workout or if i can. Ive started doing these types of workouts for dips and pull ups only for about 2 sessions so far. I DID get rlly sore after the first workout but my reps didnt rlly drop and i didnt see fatigue impact me so much this time. im also wondering how i can improve using downs for maximum hypertrophy. Im doing a recomp at a slight 200 cal deficit im wondering if my diet is not enough for such high intensity sets edit:(i can do about 12 dips 10 pull ups so idk if my reps are too low for this too)
