Are you guys using AI in your hotels?

It's the AI era, as we all know. People ask small and minor things to ChatGPT, and if we come to our hotels, then many tasks we do manully that can be automated, or with the use of AI software, we can make our hotel workflow smoother and improve our overall guest experience.

Maybe 4- to 5-star hotels are using this and getting good revenue and great feedback from guests.

Is there anyone who is using AI in their hotel tasks or using some kind of software that reduces the workload

If you can do one change in the hotel, what would it be and why?

I will definitely change the lobby on mine hotels and hire an expert designer and decorter that know how the hotels lobby should look like and what theme is best for mine hotel, It increase the guest experince in the hotels.

Why do hotel guest not put review or feedback for the hotel?

Over past many year in the hotel, I have seen on thing that guest don't put any review or give any feedback to the hotel even if the scanner put in their room to put the review, as a hotelier it's matter a lot because what guest want, what things can be improvised, how guest feel we get to know and we work on this, but without knowing how we can improvise it????

If our staff ask individual guests to review it, it feels awkward and unprofessional. What other things can we try? Do you have any suggestions

How can I handle peak hours stress ?

Many years passed, my brother and I running this hotel, but one thing that I can figure out is that in the peak hours we get very happy but also very stressed because of lots of calls, complaints, complaints, and so on

We do appreciate all the things, but because of mid size hotel owners, we don't have enough staff, or we can't even hire more people

So, what else can we do to handle these things very smartly??
