Please help. Need encouragement

I have a bachelors degree that is very useless. I tried to enlist in the military, but due to a medical condition, was not able to qualify.

I’m lost at what I should do with my life. I have traveled to 14 countries. I continue to volunteer at several different organizations. I have experience with teaching preschoolers (absolutely hate it). I have experience in medical missions. I have experience with customer service and basic accounting (another thing I absolutely hate).

I would consider the medical field, however, I don’t have the money or funds to go back to school for it.
That’s why I was considering the military. Plus, leadership, discipline, and structure. All things that I love and strive to be.

I’m feeling hopeless. So sad that I couldn’t pursue my dream of serving my country, and now have no idea what else to do.

I have 0 debt to my name and want to keep it that way.

Any ideas of what I could do that is similar to the military structure and discipline?

My degree is in psychology.
