Hi everyone,

There is a deduction amount listed in my full and final settlement statement as "deduction 5". The pdf file they sent me with deduction/recovery details only contains details of what deduction 1 or 2 means. There is no section for "deduction 5" so I am not sure what that deduction is. I have been emailing the team and following up for weeks now. Initially they told someone would reach out in 5 days but it's been weeks and multiple reminders, I have not received a single reply back. I don't know what to do. Can someone explain what "deduction 5" means? Or tell me how do I reach out to the concerned team for this? Thanks a lot
