What are peoples views on painting a concrete tile roof on a 1950s state house? It hasn't given me any issues so far, but also don't want to throw money into something if I'm just going to have to replace it soon.

Its a rental property but the roof could do with a paint. Doesn't leak though.

Is it worth getting a protective coating even? Or just leave it and save for a future re-roof....?
