I have come to realise that the floor plan of my property listed from all available real estate data sources (QV, Cotality, Home.co.nz etc) all have the floor are of my property about 30m2 less than it actually is.

I assume this was due to an extension done in the 1930s.

Has anyone got experience getting this updated?
