Is the Typical PT qbank actually worth the money?

Budgeting for NPTE prep and trying to decide if I should get the Typical PT qbank or save money and just use the free resources plus the PEAT. For anyone who used it, did you feel like it actually made a difference vs just doing practice questions from other sources? I've also heard truelearn mentioned a lot. Trying to figure out where to put my money.

I’m getting ready to sell my 4-bed detached house in Northwest Calgary (near Royal Oak) and I want to work with someone who actually knows the local market well. The house is a 2012 build in good condition but the market feels slower than it was a couple years ago, so I need someone realistic about pricing and strong at marketing.

I’ve been researching and I’m planning to work with a realtor calgary who has solid recent sales in the area.

Has anyone here sold in Calgary recently and had a great experience with a particular realtor or team? Who would you actually recommend right now? Looking for honest feedback on communication, marketing, and results.

I’ve been practicing in my driveway for like three weeks straight, and I finally got all four wheels off the ground today! It wasn't the highest jump ever, but man, that feeling of actually landing it was the best.

Now that I’ve got the basics of the ollie down (mostly), I’m feeling a mix of super hyped and totally lost. I want to keep the momentum going, but I'm not sure if I should keep perfecting the ollie or start trying something new like a shuv it or frontside 180.

I’m curious about how you guys started out: What was the very next trick you learned after the ollie? Did you find it easier to learn tricks while moving or while staying still?
