Hi! I am noticing browning leaves happening more quickly even on new growth. Ive seen some ants in the pot and wonder if I have other pests as well.

Plant: philodendron selloum
Water typically every week now that it’s hotter outside. Trying to let it fully dry between waters
Light: indirect, was worried it was too shady so i got a grow light but unsure how frequently to use. Its in a room that gets SW light, but we have some big trees in front of the window that block the light more in the late spring/summer.
Problem has been happening for a few months now.
