I’ve been using my ps2 slim to play older dvds, and most have been working fine, but one I’ve bought recently has been having playback issue, ranging from stuttering playback, loading trailers and menus but not the series itself, and sometimes not accepting the disc at all. Because the disc itself works fine on other disc players, I assumed this was just a problem with the ps2, but it runs all my other dvds perfectly fine. Has anyone else had similar issues, and if so, what should I look into here?
