We just got an end of lease clean done and holy crap the cost blew me away. The last time we moved it was about $400, this time around every single quote was $695 and didn't include carpet steam cleaning (an extra $120) and a heap of other parts of the clean which used to be included.

Did I just get scammed on the price or has anyone else found the same recently?

The place is clean but definitely didn't seem like a deep clean like you would expect for 4 people taking 4 hours to do a unit with 1 bathroom!

Lesson learnt, next time I will do it myself and then just get the steam clean done separately

We just moved to the area and I'm trying to find a nice oval to walk my dog at, however there are conflicting signs up at the oval, there are ones says no dogs, right next to ones saying dogs are OK as long as you clean up. We haven't used it as I don't want to do the wrong thing, does anyone know?

Also any good dog walk recommendations down this way that aren't the beach?
