Is creating a new support ticket to follow up on my previous one a good idea?
I submitted a ticket 13 days ago about my account being compromised and all of my robux being spent on random gamepasses, including most of my group funds. The last reply I received said the case was being reviewing, but I haven’t gotten any updates since then.
I already replied to the email to ask for a follow-up, but there’s still no response. Would creating a new ticket and referring to my previous ticket number be a good idea, or would that just slow things down? I'm really worried
