I am new. I had my consult on 5/06 and was approved. I have not been charged for my prescription and I have no idea now to contact anyone to ask what is going on. I tried messaging the dr. I figured he is probably busy so i tried calling the main number and no one answers. I tried several of the options and all options lead for voice mail. My next shot is supposed to be on Tuesday of next week. It doesn't seem like that will happen at this point.

Is this what is to be expected from this company?
