Question About PWD discounts?
Im saving up money because i want to start medication soon and i just got a job so i have very little funds, so every little bit counts. Ive allotted around 80 pesos for dinner and have been relying on my discount to keep me within budget so i can start meds in 2 months. Today I bought chicken at a korean chicken place on my way home, and i was expecting to pay maybe 85 pesos but i only got 5.05% off. When i asked about it the cashier said "ganyan lang po talaga, maam". Do some stores set their own rate for discounts? Is there a way to know how to avoid them or learn their discount rate before ordering? I did ask her if pwede PWD sakanila and she said yes. Walang breakdown po sa receipt so im not sure where the amount came from. Any advice to know how to tell if a store is excempt po would be helpful. Thank you!
