Any comfy leather boot recommendations as an alternative to my ROC boots? (Australia)

I love my ROC Troupe boots! But I wear them at a week long larp event and I find my feet get really sore by the end of day 1 or 2. At the last event my toes were numb for a month after before returning to normal! They are great for a normal day's wear but not for a multi day larp!

So I'm seeking recommendations for boots which look similar to these- i.e mid calf- knee length, must be leather, and brown or black! But are actually super comfy for long term wear!

They seem quite hard so I think a more squishy sole is what I need, these are just not loose enough for an insole. I find if a boot is too heavy then my feet also get really tired. Docs are too much of a nightmare to break in and I find them quite heavy too so my docs are not a good alternative either.

Would love all your recommendations please! I am based in Australia so would love Aussie brand recs or places that ship internationally! Thank you!
