HIRING] Remote Sales Closers — ₹5,000 Commission Per Closed Client | India
I'm looking for 3 sales closers to join my small website business on a commission-only basis.
We build custom websites for businesses such as dentists, salons, wedding photographers and other local businesses across India.
What makes this different
You don't have to find your own leads.
I provide:
Qualified business leads
Owner/contact information
Ready-to-show website demos
Sales scripts
Pricing and offer
Support during the sales process
Your job is simply:
Contact → Present the demo → Follow up → Close
Commission
₹5,000 for every closed AND paid client.
For example:
3 clients = ₹15,000
5 clients = ₹25,000
10 clients = ₹50,000
There is no fixed salary and no cap on commissions.
Who I'm looking for
Experience in sales, telecalling, B2B sales, real estate, insurance, digital marketing or business development is a plus.
I'm also open to people without formal sales experience if you're confident, persuasive and comfortable talking to business owners.
Remote — anywhere in India.
Selection
I'm not interested in lengthy interviews.
I'll give shortlisted candidates a real sales scenario and see how you handle the conversation.
