Body fat % estimate?
Looking to get an estimate of my current body fat percentage, aiming for 10-12%.
6’2 78kg - how much more do I have to lose?
I’ve lost 65kg so far so have some loose skin, it’s not very bad considering pretty extreme weight loss. However I feel this makes my stomach look bigger than it is.
