USRN Hemodialysis nurse
Hello I’m a dialysis for almost 2 years now in a hospital based dialysis unit. It’s my first job, I’ve never been exposed to bedside/ any other areas. I already passed the NCLEX and it’s so hard to find an agency/direct hire that hires dialysis nurses. Any recommendations po? 🥹
