So I claimed back pain issues but got deferred. I saw the DBQ and examiner ( optimum )noted less likely and probably due to etiology. Rater marked it as deferred. Got a letter that QTC will do an ACE. Any reason why ?
So I had a claim for a supplemental and new claim. I had a supplemental claim with migraines (secondary to PTSD) and a new claim for PTSD. Supplemental claim denied as I was not SC due to PTSD in April, but I was SC with PTSD in May. What should I do now with migraines claim?
I’m SC for the right hip limitation of flexion on Dec 2025 and I just recently been granted for the right hip stress fracture. Shouldn’t the recent letter states for bilateral. Current letter does not states bilateral, only the hip stress fracture. What is the next step if it’s eligible for bilateral?
