Should I be worried?

Okay so I started reta 3 days ago on Sunday i’ve been weighing myself everyday only took a dose of 0.5 and i’ve lost 7 pounds already, Sunday to Monday was 222.2 to 218.4 and now Tuesday was 214.8 i’m just curious if this weight loss is to excessive and could be dangerous? I’ve lost 60 pounds in the past naturally and that was a rough journey and definitely slower, i’m 6ft and 21 Yo. I’m eating one meal a day in the morning consisting of about a pound of ground beef 2-3 eggs and potato’s with cheese getting about 1.5k calories a day wondering if I should beef it up, I hit the gym everyday except for weekends and on Sundays I run. Is this weight loss fine?
