I (an analyst that started last August) was just told by my coach that I won’t get promoted next year because for the performance year 2026 I have 9 schedule misses and 2 late time reports. Is this true?

For context, my utilization is currently over 100%, and I’m a part of 2 initiatives, one of which I am co-leading and have coordinated many events in the office for. A month after starting, I was on the bench for 2 months, during which I participated in many trainings, obtained certifications, and was part of 5 separate initiatives. My teams seem generally happy with my work. Would all of these other factors not be considered and being non-compliant for time sheets and schedule be the deciding factor?
