I recently received interesting feedback on my final paper. In a milestone assignment I lost points for using multiple human services roles and was told I was supposed to use one. The instructions used the word roles. So I messaged the professor and was told I missed instructions in the announcement and the grade would remain but I could adjust it in the final. Once I completed the final I lost points for not expanding on other roles in the agency for the same section. Is this worth escalating? I do have all screenshots and email exchanges. Does anyone have any experience with discussing something like this with an advisor? Is it worth the time?
