For context:

Kakainstall lang nito kahapon. Nung ma install kumonnect agad to test. Ayaw, laging signin to network. It means walang connection or walang load.

Pero may free kasi siyang 7 Days unli internet which hindi magamit.

Kahit si kuyang technician ganun din. Sign in to network nung tinest. Sabi eh wait na lang daw. Since papasok na rin ako sa work. Di ko na natezt fully.

Kagabi lang pag uwi. Ganun pa rin nung mag connect ako. Sign in to network. No LOS, walang red signal. Lahat ng ilaw working sa modem.

Globe GFiber Prepaid Installation Issue

Ganito ba talaga kalakaran ng Globe when it comes to installation.

I know that most of their technicians ay mga sub/contractors.

Pero sobrang frustrating agad ng experience.
Recently May 14th nag apply ako sa website nila ng Gfiber Prepaid and pinapili ng schedule for installation.

Since weekends lang available and may taong haharap sa technicians sa unit(apartment) namin, Saturday May 16th today pinili ko.
Afternoon na lang pwede.

Tas today ichechecko ko status ng installation.
Walang abog abog walang abiso sa text or email r whatsoever.

Namove na lang May 18th, Monday yung installation. Nakakainis lang kasi nga walang haharap or mag cater sa technician ng weekdays.

Nag chat na ako agad sa Globe thru Messenger. Tagal pa response
