PCOS and peps
So I started reta and lost 10lbs already, my SW is 225 but my height evens it out, I'm 5'8 and I get told I carry my weight in the right places lol, anyways I did a little bit of research and found out that NAD+ played a big factor in pcos and that taking it actually benefited a bunch of patients and boosted their metabolism and fertility. I started taking it and it didn't go well for me, I got brain fog, and was extremely tired all the time, and it just wasn't working out for me. So I'm just wondering if anyone out there who's done research can point me a way to expand my pep knowledge, I was looking at HGH but then found out it can actually worsen my symptoms which isn't great. so if anyone out there has any suggestions that'll be greatly appreciated!
