# Hello all you silly and serious people!!!
As it is October (the spookiest month of the year), there is a new art event in r/boykisser!

This year I was hoping to start with something other than a pfp competition -that will officially start next week-.
So what is going on one might ask? Well, we want to see your favorite part of the spooky season; be that horror movies, costumes, decorations, trick-or-treating, or some scary monsters. So please make some art of Boykisser as one of these things or doing one of these activities.
. Draw Boykisser as a horror character
. Draw Boykisser as a spooky/scary creature
. Photoshop Boykisser in -or as?- a costume
. Put Boykisser in a spooky location
. Draw Boykisser trick-or-treating
. Turn boykisser into candy
. etc…

***How to enter***

To enter the contest just make a post using the [Halloween Art 2026] post flair.

***Start and end times***

This event will open right now and will end on October 23rd -followed by voting for a new seasonal sub icon-

# Artwork submission requirements

• must be of and related to the boykisser character and the Halloween spooky season, fictional creatures, or horror characters
• must be SFW (safe for work, so please don’t go to far on the gore)
• remember to follow the sub rules (including the rule on no IRL images of people)
• must be an expression of our silly community
If art does not fit these criteria and constraints it will not be entered as an entry

But we be like fish on land, as ye useless scoundrels of mine don’t know how to properly chop a plank of wood. So we still have no floating vessel. Anything we should do here while we continue to look for a shipwright?

Me crew is back together, but we still need a sea worthy vessel. Do any of ye cute folks know anything about boats and building them?
What we need is:
. A vessel
. Something that can float
. Something that will hold up on the high seas
. Something that can carry the whole crew and ourrr treasure
. Preferably something that matches ourrr style
If ye have a good design for a ship, send it to me crew and I by making a post using the “Pirate-kisser post” flair. Once we have seen what all of you send us, we will put it to a vote. Though we best be setting sail home before the 24 day of this month, so the design must be submitted by July 21, as well as ready and in port by the 23.

Ready to sail the seas captain. Wait… where’s the galleon? Did it sink again?

Do you like pirates? If so, do you like real world pirates or fictional pirates? I really like AC Black Flag, though I haven’t gotten to play the remake yet. I’m not really a pirate nerd but I think they are pretty interesting.

There is a pirate event happening in r/boykisser if you want to check it out and maybe participate in it. Especially if you want to make some piratekissers for the crew, and tomorrow we’re starting another challenge.

How much fur do you like the most?

I’m ready to set sail captain.
Where’s the rest of the crew?

Ssssoooooo… me ship ran ground and is now at Davy Jone’s locker. I am well enough, but everything is gone. Me ship, me treasure, and me crew arrrr all lost. First thing any Pirate-kisser needs to have is a proper crew. Can ye help round up my crew?

If ye draw any boykissers for me crew, post them using yare ***Pirate-kisser post*** flair.

By the 14th next week, me scalawags and I will get to work on our boat problem. So please send those sea dog-kissers my way before that deadline.

Hope ye cute swashbucklers arrr doing swimmingly this July.
