Am I just wasting my time

I had endometrial cancer last year. Went into remission november 2025 and immediately got the green light to concieve. We have tried every month since. 3 months ago I started cycles using letrozole and ovidrel. Month 1 and 2 I was on 2.5mg of letrozole. Durinv month 2 I had an hsg and results were great. Sperm analysis great. I am overweight (240lbs), but had lost 40lbs prior to ttc. This past month we increased to 5mg letrozole since I did not have good follicle scans on 2.5mg. On 5mg I responded really well and had great lining, great egg, etc. Well it didn't work again. I'm already on 1500mg metformin, low dose aspirin, prenatal vitamin, choline. I eat high protein, low carb, but honestly I've also had cycles where I said fuck it and ate whatever. I had a continuous glucose monitor and results of that were fine.. tons of lab work. It just feels like this is never going to happen. The stories I hear about letrozole are one of 2 scenarios- "I got pregnant right away" or "I had to move to ivf" and no in between. During my time ttc 4 close family members and friends have gotten pregnant. Is there even any point in continuing to try aymore?
