Does anyone knows where I can find a list with bonds without coupons (under pari?)
So that there is no 30% dividend tax but ‘only’ a 10% capital gain tax.

I mainly play 50-200nl on coinpoker and after RB I am a winning player when I table select a bit. When reg battling I don’t think I am +EV after rake. Anyway I avoid only reg tables, that is why I play from 50-200NL.
Now my problem is, when I have 2/3 bad beats in a row or even when I lose 2/3 coinflips in a short period of time I get tilted and I try to win the money back asap with roulette.
I always feel degen when opening the roulette but it is stronger than myself. Does anyone have a great book/video or whatever content / wisedom that can help me with this big problem? It really is my worst enemy and still I weekly find myself on the roulette after a bad run.

Edit extra info: I used to cash out EV sometimes in the past but the 3% fee they take is just insane. So that used to be a de tilt option for me but since it is 3% extra rake I just had to turn the option off..
