Midi appointment easy and comfortable?

For those who use Midi appointments, would you mind sharing what your appointment is like. I recently had my yearly checkup, but still have perimenopause questions. I call the nurse's line to ask them, but would rather write things down and have someone help me that I can 100% trust their answers and feel like I have their undivided attention for even 15 minutes. I feel like I'm bothering the nurses and doctor since I know they're so busy. Tell me, was it hard getting Midi appointment and did it use your insurance?

Progesterone only

I was prescribed 100 mg of progesterone, but haven't taken it yet. I'm close to menopause, but get a few straggling periods a year. I dont have any issues and consider myself lucky. I sleep well, anxiety isn't awful, and my periods are super light. They sometimes linger, and my doc said the progesterone will stop that. Also, I exercise daily, but my weight is at a standstill. I'm questioning starting the progesterone since I don't want to mess up how good I feel, but wonder if it will only effect those two things. I took a combo (estro/progesterone)birth control pill most of my life without issues, but dont know if starting progesterone will help those 2 issues mentioned without giving me other issues . Anyone who takes progesterone itself, have any insight? I'm not sure what to think. I appreciate any suggestions.

Progesterone & weight loss

I was prescribed progesterone because my weight won't budge and im putting in an honest effort. I'm getting straggling, very light periods a few times a year. I have No annoying perimenopausal symptoms- no hot flashes, I sleep well, I exercise daily. I know I'm lucky. I'm looking for opinions on whether progesterone will help lower my weight. I don't want to mess up my body & hormones if I dont need to, but my doc says the weight should begin to come off with progesterone. Insight or experiences, please.
