I live in the colony apts off 95th & Avondale. Last night around 3:00 am there were lots of sirens going off intermediately. What hit me out of bed was the sound of a very loud police PA or megaphone giving instructions (maybe? I couldn’t make out words) in or near the Colony @ Bear Creek apartments.

There wood be a few min break before it started all over again.

Anyone know what happened?
