Infosys sending blank emails during document verification - anyone faced this?
On 4 May, Infosys asked my friend for academic documents. She submitted them and even received a “Thanks for your documents” reply on 5 May.
Then on 12 May, they again asked only for UG marksheets. She submitted semester-wise + consolidated results.
After that, Infosys asked for original marksheets, then specifically DigiLocker marksheets. But her university has not issued original/DigiLocker semester-wise marksheets yet because 8th sem results are still pending.
She explained this and shared college verified/stamped results. But now Infosys has sent 2 blank emails (one on Friday and another today) with no message body.
15 May was the last date mentioned for submission. Has anyone faced something similar? What should she do now?
