I am so fucking grateful I get to be a working mom. I am not forced to stay home by a society that doesn’t think I am capable of contributing in any other ways. I am so glad I have the choice to work, to provide for my family. I am not meant to be a SAHM and I’m so glad I don’t have to be. I feel like so often working mom conversations are full of people working against their will to make ends meet, or talking about mom guilt, and those stories are real and valid, but I’d also love to celebrate the fact that we can work, that some of us LIKE to be working, and that it makes us better human beings and better moms.
