Device Manager Refreshing?

Hi! I recently swapped out the Realtek 8852be that came with my pre-built HP for an Intel Ax200, to resolve an issue where the card would just randomly disconnect under duress. This does seem to have fixed the issue, but I've noticed that when device manager is open it will refresh once or twice per minute.

Connection never drops out, so I don't think the network card is connecting and re-connecting, and I'm not sure if this was happening prior to the change or not. Any suggestions as to what this could be? There's nothing unusual in Event Manager, and I've tried disconnecting all USB peripherals and the issue persists. Any help much appreciated!

Arc Fault Tripping

We bought a new build house with Solar Panels last year. For the last month or so, we've had occasional arc fault messages, with the system shutting down briefly but bringing itself back online. The developer has had the contractor back out, and so far they've changed the MC4 connectors in the hope that this fixes it. Unfortunately, today the error is back, and once again the system shut down for a few minutes before resuming normal service.

One thing that did occur to me, is that this only started after I started to use Powerline Adapters to get around a dodgy network card in a PC, at the start of April (the panels have been online since November). Could the Powerline adapter be the cause of the Arc fault?

Our inverter is a SolaX X1-Mini-G4. Any advice much appreciated!
