F32 - Lower Face Laxity after HIFU

Hi!

I’m 32 and honestly trying to figure out what the safest move is for my face at this point because I’ve had a pretty rough experience with cosmetic procedures already.

Around age 30 I got masseter Botox for clenching/grinding, and shortly after that I had aggressive HIFU done (I had no idea at the time this could be a problematic combination). After that, my smile changed significantly — I temporarily couldn’t smile properly, and over time my masseters shrank dramatically.

The weirdest part is that after HIFU my skin actually felt softer and “looser” instead of tighter. I expected tightening, but somehow my face became more wobbly and aged-looking even after my masseter came back. Has anyone else experienced this?? I still don’t fully understand how that can happen.

Right now my main issues are:
- lower face laxity
- mild jowls
- nasolabial folds
- tired/heavy look
- loss of the tighter structure I used to have
- fear of changing my smile even more

I’ve also had Radiesse before and honestly didn’t feel like it did that much for me. I currently have some cheek filler too, but sometimes it just looks puffy/heavy instead of refreshed.

I’ve even thought about a facelift because the laxity bothers me so much, but at 32 that also feels like an overkill lol.

I’m currently consulting doctors in Turkey and got two very different treatment plans:

Option 1:
- Endolift (face/chin/neck)
- Radiesse in cheeks
- Rejuran
- Fotona fractional laser
- Starwalker laser
- SVF + nanofat

Option 2:
- chin enhancement
- fat grafting
- nanofat microneedling
- optional Endolift
- small filler between the eyes/nose bridge

My biggest fear is making things worse again:
- more fat loss
- looking more hollow or overdone
- changing my smile further
- worsening laxity long term after aggressive tightening devices

Would you avoid Endolift after a history like this?
Would fat grafting/regenerative treatments make more sense?
Or are there any treatments which could help me and you know of?

For the past 2 years I’ve honestly had this horrible feeling that I somehow changed my face and accelerated aging for myself. Maybe I would have aged similarly anyway — I’ll never know — but the area around my mouth/lower face looks so different from before, and that used to be my favorite part of my face. That’s probably the hardest part emotionally :(

I attached some pictures for you to understand.
1-4) me currently (not the best lighting I know)
5) my smile before and one week after masseter botox
6) my smile 2 month after botox
7) me before
