Hi everyone, i have 6 years of experience as Admin/BA on another platform, and am planning to pivot to serviceNow. I have used it for ticketing and some projects as a BA.

I am looking for some suggestions on what i can implement to practice and use on my resume. Something that you experts know is in demand, and will help me at least get an entry level role with this platform.

One of the projects I've created so far is REQ/RITM form and flow with appropriate approvers/delegates depending on LOB. and then one to many tasks creation depending on requested access. Not sure if this is even relevant or desired though.
