How hard are you crashing out if this happens…
Picture this: Luffy and the Strawhats finally make it to Laughtale. They have just defeated Blackbeard in an epic clash after Blackbeard killed Shanks during their 2 v 1. Imu was defeated earlier after being simultaneously attacked by Blackbeard, the RA, the Marines, Crossguild, the Strawhats and Shank’s crew. The Celestial Dragons have been wiped out after Imu’s connection to them was severed and Imu is forced to flee to the Moon (where he is unknowingly about to run into you-know-who). The Crossguild, RA and Marines were left picking up the pieces of the now dissolved government, while there was a mad dash to the One Piece by Blackbeard, Shanks and Luffy’s crews.
Now we see that Luffy and his crew finally see the One Piece, but it cannot be seen by the reader. They all stand staring in awe at something they never could have imagined in a thousand years. Suddenly Luffy starts chuckling, then transitioning into a hard laugh, with the rest of the crew joining in.
Luffy finally says, “Wow I can’t believe it. We made it. I can finally be the king of the pirates. But this. I could have never imagined this. The One Piece.”
Next page is mostly white with a continued trail of text where Luffy says:
“It seems we were just too early…”
Boom, next page is an all black page with a small white area in the center that contains the following text:
“Luffy and his crew finally made it. Luffy is finally able to take up the mantle of the Pirate King. But the One Piece? What is this mysterious treasure? Find out in the upcoming manga series by Eiichiro Oda - “One Piece: Next Generations””
