App update ideas

I just wanted to chime in and suggest an update idea. It would be cool to have the option to pick the volume amount per week for each muscle group separately. Also the ability to track direct sets only. Thanks for your time and let me know if this sounds like a decent idea

Current day stuck and won’t change ratios or fixed grams

Seems to locked on a previous setting from scheduler. Can’t make today show current ratios or grams. Even tried logging from website too. Just for today is the problem tomrrow etc showing correctly. Strange

Is there an option to save weighed foods to enter later in the day ?

Example would be leaving early for the day and bringing foods with you for later in the PM etc

Dashboard setup for weekly averages .

In case anyone was curious or trying to figure out this is the way I’ve been rolling with cronometer so I can set up dashboard to have my average calorie intake over my choice of time and my weight average right with it. I recommend at least two weeks of data if not a little more to get a since of your maintence. My goal right now is a short cal cut without going over a 1 lb a week since resistance training is my main thing.

And yes I do sync my wearable too but it has become my secondary option/second opinion to just double check things. Actual intake and weight averages are the final stop IMO. Time to eat!
