Would this be worth making a formal complaint to property management over?

Since moving into my apartment, one of the maintenance workers has repeatedly acted aggressively and disrespectfully towards me. The most recent incident happened today when he came to look at an issue with our windows.

Yesterday he showed up unannounced and knocked on the door while I was busy, so I didn’t answer. Afterward, we received written notice stating they intended to come between 1–5 PM today, perfect. Today he instead showed up around 10:30 AM (knocked and we answered) and immediately started speaking to us aggressively, saying he could hear my partner yesterday and repeatedly questioning why he didn’t answer the door - he was asleep, and they hadn’t communicated that they were coming by whatsoever, & I submitted the maintenance request a few days prior.

This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with him either. There was a previous incident where he repeatedly banged on my door and tried opening the unit door by wiggling the handle before I answered (we banged on our ceiling out of frustration with our loud upstairs neighbours woke us up from repeated banging early in the morning, they called the landlord and complained, then they showed up at our door within the hour). The building manager was present for that incident, and I had already submitted a complaint about it at the time.

There have also been other interactions that made me uncomfortable. For example, while checking an issue with the thermostat, he repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking and kept asking if he could “go home” in a dismissive tone.

At this point I feel uncomfortable interacting with him and I’m wondering if this is serious enough to escalate formally again, or if management will just see it as me being overly sensitive. Do I escalate with the landlord or the LTB.

Thanks!
