I'm not vegan, i'd like my mind to be changed

hi im 17 M, unfortunately a long while ago i had a somewhat negative view of veganism due to the internet twisting things to make vegans seem like "evil dudes who morally police everyone". anyways over the years ive come to realise that what you guys are trying to do is actually very respectable; you know, stop animal cruelty and exploitation and all that. my current reasons for not going vegan are 1- im no expert in food but far as i know 17 year olds still need plenty of protein 2- like what i said, im definitely no expert in dieting and all that, i just eat whatever makes me not starve 3- im no saint, so im not exactly sure how much convenience id like to sacrifice to go fully vegan, as the place i live in is still not the best for being vegan, not the worst either but still pretty inconvenient (as is most places). i actually dont consume that many non-vegan stuff on a weekly basis, mostly salmon, eggs, milk and occasionally chicken. and i very rarely eat out or eat fast food at all, i mean like RARELY. and even then i do try to go with the vegan options if there are any. i did try both vegan meat and almond milk, i cant say that i enjoyed almond milk but vegan meat was pretty nice actually, my main concern is actually just what do do with eggs if i go vegan. please educate me on this topic and give me reasons/tips on how to go vegan as i barely know anything on the topic of dieting let alone veganism. thanks! (also excuse my poor english, as its not my first language)
