Barcode scanner stopped working!
So... last week the barcode scanner stopped working in the app and it would just freeze on the image and then when I would try to rescan it again it would just be a black screen so I have had to manually type in every freaking UPC number. I have restarted my phone I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have an Android and I took a few days off just assuming that they would work out the bugs or it was an update or something but I just worked for several hours and it is taking up way too much of my time. The ridiculous AI voice that answers driver support is zero help along with that department. Does anybody have any specific suggestions or ideas? I am pretty upset and the constant checking of the UPC numbers against the app and which ones are left out I mean it is doing my head in and adding way too much unnecessary stress to this job..
