This month Xfinity literally will not take my money. I noticed my autopay got turned off without notice. Annoying, but I just went online to pay and try to setup autopay again. And thus it began.

Neither the website or mobile app will allow me to make a payment. It just keeps saying this is not working.

I called customer service and they can't take a payment either. I must go into the store.

I went to the store and the kiosk won't take my payment in any form (Check, Cash, Debit, Credit, ACH). I talked to a store agent and they also can't take a payment in any form for my account.

I am literally trying to throw money at Xfinity and they will not take it. ​​​​
