Does the Frame 4000D RS comes with font intake dust filter out of the box ? How much negative effect it has on airflow or noise when applied ? Can it be used with different fan sizes ?

I have a glossy woled for more than a year and it dosent have a single scratch. I often see people on redit complaining about how wournerable qd-oleds are. Im curious what other people experienced who had both. Is there realy a huge difference in maintaining a qd-oled vs a woled?
