Former Army JROTC and AF JROTC Cadet. Current Army Officer [AMA]
Former JROTC cadet from NC then later UK-073 out of RAF Lakenheath, England. Competed with the drill team, played sports, and somehow managed to balance academics too. Finished my senior year as the Corp Commander of my program. Got offered an Army ROTC scholarship right out of high school and commissioned in the US Army as a Logistics/EOD Officer. I recently promoted to Captain.
I’ve been reflecting on the last 8 years since I graduated high school and figured I’d offer advice, mentorship, and perspective to any Cadets wanting to walk in a similar path after high school. I was fortunate enough to have had great mentors along the way and would love to pass it on.
