Hello fellow toilet huggers.

I need to rant, and some support.

I was diagnosed about 3 years ago, and this disease sure likes lull me into a a false sense of security. Even from the very beginning, when I first started experiencing symptoms it took over a year to get diagnosed because my colonoscopies came back clear and my symptoms seemingly went away, then all of a sudden BAM, they're back and I'm diagnosed.

Doc puts me on Zeposia, and symptoms get better with minimal side effects, and I have a great looking colonoscopy after some time. Things are great, and I'm back to my old self.

I have a bit of a scare in October-december, but it makes sense. My anxiety was up due to my new job, but the doc said I was fine and eventually it clears up. Anxiety is down and I'm back to living my life. I even moved my therapy sessions from Bi-monthly to monthly.

I get off my shift this morning and literally run from my car to my apartment bathroom, look down, and boom. Blood.

The constant ups and downs are exhausting. I'm still on my first treatment and I know I could have it worse, but it still sucks. On the positive side, at least I still have those moments of levity where it seems like the disease doesn't effect me. I can only Imagine what those of you who were diagnosed young or are treatment resistant go through.

I'm really considering liquidating my Origin pack (which I only got for the 890J because I didn't want to deal with the F5 war), and getting the IC assault and filling it with 12 Pitbulls.

POV: you bought the ships you wanted, and now you're waiting out the patch cycle until Defensecon is over and the Hotfixes roll out.

The diease is such a tease.
