I got turned down but why
I been at my site for nearly 6 years and worked almost every role I can possibly learn along with learning ambassador. On top of that, I have a bachelor degree. I am looking to move up the ladder and I been applying to a pa spot recently. I made into my first interview in pa but I didn’t get accepted. This time I made into ship clerk only for my application to get turned down and not even move forward into the interview.
I am applying for pa again but this isn’t what I wanna talk about. I want to know when I applied how come I didn’t get anything for ship clerk when I got rejected. The job was up for two weeks and was recently posted and I didn’t get notification about being rejected or anything. For the ship clerk assessment, i tried my best on first section which was bit difficult but other sections where general questions about yourself so not so hard right? From what i read from everybody saying about assessment I assume they would count answers that I would put in those sections.
However, I don’t even know but thing is the assessment I took for that ship clerk role went into my pa role which means it counted for both. So, the thing is I’m worried if I did bad for my ship clerk assessment and it counts for my pa would that affect moving forward which is why I’m very concerned about it. I’m hoping though whenever I get the chance to talk to hiring manager at my site and recruiter they tell me something differently to why the I got rejected because I have almost all the prefer training and experience as well as a good performance standing.
